2010 is coming to an end in a few days time. The long waiting December month is ending soon. As happy as I am enjoying the holiday, somehow deep inside, something seems not right or missing. What is not right or missing? I would really want to find out and I hope I will in due time...

Back to year end topic...Looking back of what I have achieved or done in 2010. I guess there's quite a lot of changes in my life and my family. Whatever it is, I hope it is correct and for our own good. Am I happy with the decisions made and contented? Yes and No. I hope next year will be a better year for everyone!

Dogathon 2010

8 August 2010 - I went to Dogathon 2010 in UPM. This is the first time i attended this event. I reached the place about 7 something in the morning and mummy and I went to register ourselves for some games. We participated in a few games:

1) Race of the Anubis

2) Master Hunt

3) Mummy Go Round
4) Rise of Giza

Both of us have fun together. The Race of the Anubis is the run of the day whereby participants need to run for about 3km. Both mummy and I managed to complete the run although we run and walk along the way :-)

Master Hunt is a game whereby I am supposed to find go through the maze within 2 minutes to find mummy. And of course, being a smart poodle like me, I definitely managed to find mummy LOL

Mummy-Go-Round is a musical chair game for hooman and dog. We have to see the signboard displayed to know if mummy or myself need to sit when the music stop. And guess what, both of us won prize for this game!!! Yip, yip, Hooray!!!

Rise of Giza is where I have to carry pieces and run with mummy to fit the pieces into the pyramid. Very interesting game too although this is kinda tiring coz mummy got no stamina LOL

Aunt Lily also gave me a cd called 'Music for Pets'. Very nice and relaxing music. Mummy played it for me when we got home.

On 26 June 2010, I attended the CGC examination conducted by MNAWF. And I passed!!! Oh, mommy is sooo proud of me!

What is Life all about?

I wake up every morning, get ready to work, kiss goodbye to my loved one and go to work. After working whole day, I come home, hug my loved one who has been waiting for me the whole day, then take dinner and do some own stuff and finally go to bed. The whole routine repeats. Every weekday I will look forward for weekend. Comes weekend, I will look forward for the next weekend. And the cycle continues...

Of course, in between, there will be joy, happiness, sadness, worries, cares. Certain days I will feel like I am on cloud 9 and certain days I will feel like I am in a valley. And I will blamed it to the change of hormones that affecting my emotion. And keep telling myself, tomorrow will be a better day. But sometimes, I will just pause and think, is this what Life is all about? What is my purpose? Do I want to go through my lifetime like this? On my last day, when I look back, what are the things that I have done and achieved that I would be proud of?

Honestly, I don't know. I think Life is all about give and take. People come and people go. It is like a drama and I will be the main actress in this drama and of course sometime will be the director as well. How do I want the drama to continue and how will I want it to end? I keep telling myself to appreciate what I have now and live the moment as if there's no tomorrow. But am I truly happy? Some people say things get more complicated as you grow older. Your thinking will change and everything will change. I used to doubt all these as I thought as long as you are who you are, everything else doesn't matter. But is this correct? Good question. A question that I hope one day I will get an answer.

I have always admire the animals. They live the moment. They do not think too far. For them, it's just a matter of survival. A full animal will not go and harm its prey unnecessarily. How I wish life will also be as simple as this!

Ok, I think I have talked nonsense so far. But who cares, right!

1 day trip to Cameron HIghlands

On 23 May 2010, finally mummy's wish came true. She has always hope to bring me to Cameron Highlands. So, finally we went there for a day trip.

Dinner at Isaki

Yay! Lately mummy has been bringing me out quite often. She says wanna make me socialable :P

We went to Isaki to celebrate Auntie Ying's birthday. But it looks like I am celebrating more coz i get to go out and eat all the nice and tasty food :P

Recently my life has changed tremendously...Initially I wasn't used to it. But Thank God, the place where we stayed, Aunty Shayne n Uncle Simon treats me very well. When mummy is away for work, they even allow me to sleep on their bed in their aircond room!!!

Happy Mooncake Festival!

Yay, this weekend, I went to apartment stay with mummy and frens! Since it is mooncake festival, so we decided to have steamboat party! Here's some of the nice shots to share with you...

As usual, I am busy exploring the apartment to make sure that it is safe for everyone LOL

Ok, let me introduce you to Uncle David (holding a prawn) and Uncle Calvin (holding a knife). They are our chefs of the day. Uncle David is our Soup Chef while Uncle Calvin is the Ingredient Cutter Chef :P

Seeeeeee...they are so busy preparing for the steamboat party. Mummy's task for the day is phototaking. And I have a very important task as well...Guess what! Of course, I am busy SUPERVISING all of them!!!

See how busy I am. Dat is one IMPORTANT TASK that i have to make sure that the party is successful :P

Okok, everything is perfect. We get everything done in 2 hours. I am sniffing to make sure that the soup smells right for the hooman consumption.

Here's all the steamboat ingredients. We have big prawns, chicken, fish, lotsa fish balls, mushrooms, octopus and vegetables. What a healthy diet!

Here's the soup. We have 2 types of soup. This is the clear soup.

And this is mummy's favourite, TOMYAM!

Wow, this is my favourite actually! The chicken bones to make the soup tasty. How I wish I could eat all by myself.

Ok, dinner time...Everyone busy getting the bowl and soup etc. Sorry folks...no more photos during eating coz everyone is BUSY eating.

After the meal, we started to watch a few movies and of course some yummy desserts. I don get to eat though. It's all for the hoomans. LIFE IS SO UNFAIR to me!!!

Anyway, by 12 am, here comes our main event of the night....Uncle Calvin's birthday celebration!!!

Since it is in collaboration of the mooncake festival, so we decided to get him a mooncake instead :P See how touched he is since we treated him sooooo special LOL

Melaka Trip 2009

4th Sept 2009 - We departed to Melaka at 6am. I knew something was up when I saw mommy packing my stuff the night before. I was already very excited. So, when I saw mommy woke up so early in the morning, I knew we will be going for a vacation again!!!

Our stop at Sg Buloh. We took brunch there. Had burger king...Mmmm...yum..yum...

N just about we were finishing our food, suddenly it rained. So heavily that all of us were wet. If you noticed, initially I was sitting by myself. But now, I have to sit on mommy's lap. No choice. The thunder scared me a lot. See my terrified face...

All 'wet'...n I wonder why they call still smile at the camera...

We arrived at our 'homestay' at about 2pm. We arrived later than our initial plan due to the many stops that we had along the way and also the heavy rain too. Aunt Grace was busy exploring the house. It is a nice and comfortable place. Everything is provided. We like the place very much.

In the evening, we went to Portoguese Settlement. Very nice and relaxing place. And the best part is, they allow dogs!!! Saw some dogs there with their owners too :)

We had our dinner at the Portoguese Settlement too. Unfortunately, we saw cats there. And due to our nature of loving to "TALK' to cats, we were the centre of attraction there. Luckily the restaurant owner didn't chase us out..phew...My family actually planned to 'disown' us already because of our nature...How can they blame us right?
Okay, after the dinner, my hooman decided to dump us at home while they go and enjoy themselves. They went to Jonker Walk, Melaka river cruise and also Eye on Malaysia.

5th Sept 09 - My hooman went for Dim Sum for breakfast and then to A Famosa for some sightseeing. As usual, we were 'dumped' at home :P

In the afternoon, we departed to A Famosa Resort at Alor Gajah for the ppcom activities.

Quite a number of people attended the activities this year. But the weather was super hot! But anyway, I participated in the Fastest Recall Competition and managed to get into the Final. But didn't win la...Anyway, mommy was very proud and happy for me !!!!

6th Sept 09 - We departed from the resort about noon time. And as usual, stop at Sg Buloh for our lunch and rest.

Trip to Sekinchan

4th July 09 - My first trip to Sekinchan, Kuala Selangor with mummy. Yes, you are right! Only both of us! Heheeh...I mean only both of us went to Sekinchan (not the whole family). We set off our journey at 5.30am. It was fun to go for car ride with mummy (although at that time i didn't know where we are heading :P) By 9.15am, we reached Sungai Buloh.

We met some of our HomeAPet friends there and then we headed to Bukit Melawati to meet more friends.

But I think I heard mum said that she will want to let me try a few more times so that I get used to it....Oh mum, do you really think I can??? "Of course, my dear. You are a poodle. Poodles are supposed to be good at swimming. You will soon love it. Trust me :)"

This is Chelsea. Mummy says she is very obedient and good. Mummy said that I am very naughty and not socialable at all. Hey, mum!!! I am just being protective to you and myself. It's my job to protect you :P

On the way home. Me, sleeping like a pig along the way. Too tired to be protective anymore :P

Oh, guess what! I hurt myself!!! See the red spot there. I got it when I ran amok after mummy tied me against a chair. Mummy felt so guilty. Oh, she better be! She knows how timid I am and some more tied me to a moving chair. Of course, I went crazy and ran. As I ran and ran, the chair kept following me (almost the same as one of the scene in the movie 'Marley and Me'). Oh god was I scared at that time! But of course, mummy came to my rescue. Nevertheless, I still hurt myself. Sigh...

But all in all, it was a nice trip. Mummy hope that she will be able to bring Sze Ern and Sheena there in the future. Thanks to all who organize and participate in the trip.

Raw Feeding for the very First Time

Today mom decide to let us try something new. Raw chicken drumstick! She said that it'l be good for our health and so she decided to try it out. Oooooo...I luv it! I ate with no hesitation :)

Sheena also love it! Although as usual, she will sniff and look around first before she starts to eat. I think she wanna make sure that it's not poisonous LOL

After the meal- see my satisfied look!!! Oh, mum, I can't wait for my next meal!!!

My First Experience At Furry Friends Farm

24th May 2009 - A very special day. We went to Furry Friends Farm for the very first time. In fact it is our first time doing volunteer job. Oops...forget to tell you all. 'We' here are referring to Sasha's mom and aunt. :)

Ok, back to FFF. It was fun!!! The dogs there are very friendly and all of them are happy. Well, they may not get to sleep in air-cond room or eat rice and chicken everyday. But, they are loved. Loved by FFF owner, Sabrina and all the volunteers there. You can see it clearly from their smiling faces. Here's some photos that we took there. Enjoy...

I would like to thank everyone for the kindness shown to help the dogs! We are going to Furry Friends Farm tomorrow as volunteers there. It's our first time there and we are very excited about it. But of course, 'we' here are referring to my mommy and auntie. I will have to stay at home. Mom said that it is not convenient to bring me along! Hmmm...I wonder when the hoomans will ever realize that i can help out as much as they can too!!!

Trip to A Famosa

On 6 September 2008, we went to A Famosa for a family outing and of course, to participate in the activities organised by puppy.com. We started our journey at 5.50am on that day.

This is one of the stop that we had for our breakfast cum rest.

After approximately 6 hours ride, we finally reached our destination. This is the photo of the condominium that we stayed.

Our bed for the night. We have 2 queen size beds in the room. Quite a spacious place for us. But since this is a foreign place, I think I have to be on alert. You know la, must protect my family ma!

Sheena was admitted for 4 days at the vet. Anyway, now she is back at home and as healthy as ever :) So glad to have her home coz I can bully her again :P

Sheena is sick

Today I am sad. Sheena is sick. She has been vomiting and having diarrhea for 2 days. And worst of all, there's blood in her diarrhea! Mum and aunt brought her to see the vet last night. Vet mentioned something about abdominal discomfort and gave some medications to sheena.

Anyone here has this experience before? Can share with me?

I hope I can do something to make her feel better. Well, the least I could do is to stop bully her till she gets well :P

Hopefully she will get well soon.

Hey everyone, I am BACK! sorry for being MIA for so long...blame it all to mom! She was too busy to update my blog...As usual, busy with work lo...and recently also busy with 'relocation'...Hehe..Yup! We have all moved to a new place! A bigger place...So now, I have a big space to run about and to chase Sze Ern and Sheena...All of us are doing well. Thanks for your concern...Will update more pics of my new home soon...Stay Tune!

On the way to new place...Mommy stuffed everything in a big lorry...And you must be wondering where am I on that BIG DAY! well...as usual, mom put all of us at a pet shop for GROOMING! She 'yim ngor chor teng'...Anyway, in a way good also b'coz while I was enjoying the spa, massage and a good bath, mommy was all sweaty and yucky :P

Today is very special. You know why I say that? Becoz my whole family woke up very very early this morning. I was full of hope at that time. Hoping that mummy will bring me together wherever they plan to go! And YAY!!! They included me! and not only me. My sista, Sze Ern and Sheena also tagged along...My goodness...this is so exciting...

Guess what guys and gals!!! We went for dog gathering @ picnic at the beach in Tanjung Bungah on 19 May 2007!!! And we had lotsa fun there!!! I got to know many furkids and hooman friends...All of them are very very nice...I hope there will be more gathering in the future for me to have fun :) Here's our group photos! Find me please!!!!

I am 1 year old today!!! I am soooooo happy. Mommy took leave to celebrate my birthday. Everyone gives me a big hug in the morning...and the best thing is I get to eat yummy food and play with new toys all day long :)

Oh, how I wish everyday is my BarkDay :P

This is my barkday cake....Shared with Sze Ern as our barkday is only 6 days apart. Looks yummy huh? But of couse, this is just for Viewing purpose. We don't get to eat it because it's a chocolate cake!!! Oh, man.....

This is my BarkDay meal. Looks good? well...it tastes good! Well balanced food. Got vegetable, chicken, pork & macaroni. And guess what everyone? I get to eat ice cream too!!! After the meal, mommy give me strawberry + vanilla ice cream...So yummy that I want more from her....Grandma says that I'm very pampered because get to eat dessert after meal...hahahah...once a year!

Today is kinda wierd...Saw mommy packed her stuff...was kinda curious as the whole family looked excited...Tot they wanna go for a trip without me! I was standing there looking at them and praying hard that mommy will take out my leash!!! and Holy God, she DID!!!! yay! this means i get to tag along...not sure where we are going but what the heck, as long as I am with mommy, that's good enuf...
After a long car ride, I tot mommy gonna bring me to somewhere special. But guess what! She brought me to the groomer!!! Sigh...what to do..reluctant as I was, Sze Ern and I was left there for a few hours...and we waited anxiously till mommy return to pick us up....
After a few hours, alas! Tot I am going home d...But she brought us to her fren's house...Hmmm...not sure why but we spent a nite there...I couldn't sleep...been walking and snifing around...I MISS MY BED!!! but mommy din understand...she asked me to be a good girl and say we will be sleeping here. Oh mom, are we going to stay here for good???
